Manage Addiction Lifeline’s content, methodologies and protocols were created by Dr. Rajiv Juneja, M.D., M.S., who is triple board certified in adult psychiatry, integrative medicine and addiction medicine. Dr. Raj practices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and California. Dr. Raj is Chairman of the Ocean County Opioid Task Force in New Jersey, dedicated to reducing the impact of addiction in youth, in an area where opioid addiction is at an all-time high. Dr. Raj's vast experience in psychiatry and addiction medicine, has given him the sound scientific and interpersonal framework for helping people to transcend their addictive behaviors. As a strong believer in Eastern approaches and natural medicine, he acquired additional training in those approaches, including an additional two year fellowship at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine with one of the foremost integrative medicine physicians, Dr. Andrew Weil.

Maura Hines, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.

Maura earned her BSW at Bloomsburg University, and a Masters of Social Work from Yeshiva University. She has been Clinical Director for the Manage Addiction Lifeline since its inception in 2015. She has a long and vast experience in the field of addiction, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has also worked at Saint Barnabas Behavioral Health Center, an acute care facility providing inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient programs. Maura has also served as a Social Worker for Children’s Specialized Hospital, working with medically fragile children and their families.

Evangeline Croix, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.

Evangeline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field of addictions for over a decade as both a Clinician and a Clinical Supervisor. She works with children, adolescent, families and couples in addition to the LGBTQ population. She received her Masters Degree from Rutgers University where she majored in Social Work and minored in Drug and Alcohol Studies. Evangeline’s work with addictions has been with clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She has worked on Multi-disciplinary teams to provide clients/patients with the appropriate level of care along with creating treatment plans specific to the needs of the client/patients. Evangeline is a Certified School Social Worker and is pending certification in Sex Therapy.

Jayne Licata, L.C.A.D.C., L.C.S.W.

Jayne received her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and Addiction Studies from Monmouth University. She is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC). She has over ten years of experience in substance abuse and mental health treatment, working with both adults and adolescents. She has worked in long-term residential facilities for addiction and detoxification for adults. Ms. Licata is experienced in pharmacology management, monitoring patient response to medication and coordinating patient care with clinical treatment teams, including physicians, nursing staff and psychiatrists in addition to counseling family members to ensure continuing care. She is an experienced Outpatient Clinical Supervisor, focusing on relapse prevention, life skills and cognitive behavioral therapy, with an emphasis on long-term treatment planning to ensure continued sobriety as patients develop a meaningful, purpose-driven life.

Christine Picascia, L.C.A.D.C., L.C.S.W.

Christine has her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as well as a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). She also is a Certified School Social Worker. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in the addiction field for years, both in an inpatient and outpatient setting and collaborated with psychiatrists and nurses in regard to patient care. She is trained in assessing patients for the proper level of care to make sure they get the help they need. She has worked in both group and individual settings and has provided family therapy.
